my main goal in doing this is to keep old threads alive that need to be. most threads here "die," so the reason I revive them is to start more coversation. I try to get more activity this way. But I just don't want to sign in when I do that, i just like it this way.

Is it me or is the Admin requierments go up everytime Nick and PD get 100 more posts?

Yeah MoJo, they're trying to keep you from being an admin. j/k.

Well, the main reason is that we need actual frequent posters, not frequent poster-pretenders. THose are people who don't post enough. If you can beat both me and PD, then you will eventually catch up and beat us & getting your admin positions.

I don't think that some people relize that being a mod, super mod, or admin. is actual work. Most think of it as just being reconized and popular.

That's one of the reasons I have requirements, because then people actually have to get into TMR before they can become a mod. They can't just post once, get their position, and leave.

Hey I'm new every so sup? Maybe you should make a new topic so that we can reply to your post, not in the middle of this one. That's why people are allowed to make more than 1 thread.

really only 5 people deserve moderator positions. nick, pd, mojo, wings, ryyaan. 5 PEOPLE. those are the only people to post, so who else deserves a position? try 50 posts now to become a mod.

Edit: My bad
Why's everyone always seem to be so power hungry? I don't understand it. It's like some new guy pops up makes one post. "I'm really helpful, letme be a mod." Things don't work like that. I mean I was appointed a mod after being at a board for a year before they considered me. [At CGN]

I'm not sure why, people don't really notice it well. It's like something you would buy. Really being a moderator isn't very exciting. Moderation was really used to clean up spam, not for any other purpose.

We don't have many members who post so this is the reason for that.
