Go to cnet.com and download a pop-up stopper. It will stop all the pop-ups.

Well I can't control that part of the page. I would get in trouble by ProBoards if we did that. The only current way to get rid of them to to pay $1.00 for 1,000 free page views.

If we got rid of pop-ups proboards wouldn't be free.

Yes and if we get rid of them ProBoards might get out of business (if everyone did that). We'd have to find another site to host this board then so I just go through it.

Just keep them minimized and they won't bother you that much.

Also it is not that bad when you only have TMR up but when there are multiple ads that's when it really gets bad. Anyways it wasn't that bad until we entered the secret board a while ago.

To be honest, I absolutely hate pop up ads with a passion. Normally, I have Pop up killer turned on for when I visit here, but pop ups are the absolute BANE of the internet, & quite annoying...
I say, it'd be worth every last penny...

I was just saying that if the pop-ups really bother you then get a pop-up killer program. Proboards would not go out of buisness because companys don't know if their pop ups made it to the users (us).
