Not a PD, it is the size. A town has less than 100,000 people in it, a city has more.

Yes MoJo is correct, citys are more advanced as well. Size can be measured in amounts.

ERRM Inches is 2 and a half centimeters. (did i do it right?)

Miles and Kilometers are in different units of measure.
