Holy hell, that was on FLAKE's Domain, it's so old. It's JavaScript, one sec while I dig it up.
EDIT: Okay, got a similar one to what you wanted - the original code I used is on a site that's been taken down. Here's the code.
<!-- Cut-N-Paste JavaScript from Wings Copyright © 2002, Wings Incorporated. --><SCRIPT language="JavaScript"> <!-- // **** You can change to ".htm" or ".html" if you want **** var suffix = ".html"
// **** You can change the message right before the box **** var pass_msg = "Enter Password Below: "
function go_there() { location.href = document.pass_form.pass.value + suffix; }
document.write('<form name="pass_form" onSubmit="go_there();return false">' + pass_msg + '<br><input type="yourpassword" name="pass" size="20" value="">' + ' <input type="button" value="OK" onClick="go_there()"></form>'); // --> </SCRIPT>
Just insert that fella into your page wherever you want it. There's a slight catch though - your locked page must be called 'yourpassword.html'. You can replace yourpassword in the text with anything, but don't change anything else. Also, if the wrong password is entered, it just comes up with 'page not found', so you might want to add a custom Error 404 page.

Okay... here's the code:
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript"> <!-- var a = new Date(); var b = a.getSeconds() % 100; document.write('<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript" SRC="Your url here'"></SCRIPT>'); // --> </SCRIPT>
There you have it.
